CaseStudy Pug Khusy

Good evening Sir,
This mail is regarding our pet Khusy a 7 yr old pug, who has been suffering from anorexia for last 12 days. Later on she started throwing up and running loose motion. We found some pieces of undigested corn in the stool. While checking the vet  found an abscess on her back and the reason was unknown. He sent her blood sample for tests. The initial blood report showed a high total count (38000) and less hb% (7.2) but other parameters were normal. Doctor Sourav Banerjee (Kolkata) adviced Inj D5, Inj RI, InjTaximax, Inj Lynx. Inj Orrofer S and Inj Hepamerz were administered with the fluid. To controll vomiting and acidity rabeprazole and ondansetron had been administered. These treatments were continued for 3 days. Then on the forth day blood sample was again drawn for tests. blood report showed less hb% (7.5) but the total count had come down to normal. But Total protein was still less (4.12) and other parameters were normal. Sir, we had kept her on iv Dextrose 5% and Ringers Injection12 hourly and the above mentioned drugs according to the vet.  But she kept on vomiting after the administration of iv fluids.
Her USG report showed normal scans of whole abdomen.
Sir, Khusy was not dewormed for last 7 months. So doctor had asked us to give Tab Drontal plus. We tried with that but  she vomited after 1 hour. Then again after 6 days of administering Drontal plus doctor had again pushed Inj Ivermectin s/c and stopped above mentioned drugs yesterday.
Presently She is under fluids ( RI, D5) 12 hrly. Inj Ofloxacin twice diluted in D5. Ink Pan Iv once daily. Ink Reglan twice daily. Tab Itopride 50 and Syp Mucaine twice daily orally per OS.
From this morning she showed a little improvement. Last vomiting was this morning only. She has urinated well and she is little active.
Now, we are worried whether she is  suffering due to worms or other ailments. Anything we are missing in the course of treatment ?
Pl help us with your valuable opinion.
Regards.
